Overview
Our items are hand crafted and in most cases have been personalized for your purchase. If there is a misspelling in the engraving due to you giving us incorrect information we will make every attempt to correct it. Most of our pieces have the personalization area on a separate piece, and as such we can provide an overlay for you that will fit over it or replace it. If we made the mistake, we will swap out the piece if the nameplate can’t be removed, but you will need to pay to ship it back to us. Refunds are not available.
Shipping returns
Before returning your product, you should contact us at info@memoriesandtrinkets.com for details on how to proceed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
